GeoStats is an independent company serving the telematics industry through traffic data quality benchmarking, custom mobility studies, cartographic services, and spatial database design and development. Our benchmarking service relies on GPS based probe vehicles to identify the time, location, intensity, and duration of traffic congestion (which is commonly referred to as "ground truth"). GeoStats can field or support GPS-equipped probe vehicles for traffic data auditing anywhere in the United States.

GeoStats experience with personal mobility studies on public sector projects provides a broad background for the development of customized research and development efforts for innovative telematics concepts (full trip analysis, multi-modal analysis, etc.). GeoStats broad experience with GIS solutions and traffic engineering provides our customers with cartographic resources and traffic data coverage planning.
